Using an Allworx phone and the new One Touch Day-Night Mode, users now have direct access to toggling the Allworx system between day mode and night mode 24/7, even from remote locations using an Allworx phone.

Enhanced Call Detail Reports allow companies to track every stage of a call coming in the system as well as the option to stream data to third party devices or applications in real time.

With the new Call Queues Reports businesses can now pull full reports on the number of calls received, serviced, abandoned, exited and timed out for each queue.

Voicemail greetings and call routing by user presence (In office, Busy, On a Business Trip, In a Meeting, Away, At home, On vacation).

Each Allworx handset can have its own Direct Inward Dial (DID) information

Call Assistant software tool allows operators and receptionist to transfer incoming calls directly to user extensions, auto attendants, parked calls, call queues, or call monitors. Users also have the ability to record all incoming and outgoing calls with the click of a button and dial directly from the Call Assistant application via their computer desktop.

Call Queuing software option. Allows businesses to easily distribute incoming calls up to 10 pre-defined queues. Businesses can pull full reports on the number of calls received, serviced, abandoned, exited and timed out for each queue with the Call Queues Reports

Conference Center Allworx introduces the lowest cost enterprise-class conference solution in SMB VoIP. This user-friendly option includes full security, scheduling, and moderator features. When purchasing the Conference Center for the Allworx 6x you are provided with one 8-seat conference bridge.

Internet Call Access option allows businesses to send and receive calls over the Internet. This is a required software option to enable calls between multiple Allworx sites or to connect the Allworx system to an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider).
